Delivery volunteers will be pick up around 15 bags of groceries from the Curbside Pick-up zone in front of the Food Bank and deliver them to a pre-assigned list of recipients in a given SF neighborhood. Because of the volume of deliveries being coordinated and the diversity of clients in need, we cannot accommodate requests for neighborhoods.
Please also come prepared for your shift by doing the following:
- Wear close toed shoes
- Please wear comfortable clothing (we recommend layers, a hat, and sunscreen due to the ever-changing weather conditions)
- Please bring a secure lidded water bottle and a snack
- Please bring your charged phone as your delivery route will be loaded onto the Onfleet app.
