The last day of the Saturday Drive-Thru distribution will be June 15, 2024. No other services are changing at this time. Updated Saturday volunteer shifts can be found here: Saturday Morning and Saturday Afternoon.
Help us sort through grocery store donations, glean produce, build grocery bags for home delivery, help with a drive-thru pantry distribution, and other various tasks as needed.
Individuals and Teams are welcome! Please only volunteer if you have responded to an opportunity.
Orientation and training are included in each shift.
Volunteers MUST be 11 years or older and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
This shift does not qualify for SFMTA, SF Court, and Project 20 hours, more info here.

Guidelines:
- Only volunteer if you are healthy and completely comfortable serving.
- Closed-toe shoes are required at all volunteer projects.
- We recommend volunteers not wear jewelry. If worn, all items must be covered by the provided gloves and/or hairnets.
- We suggest dressing in casual and clean layers, as the temperature in the warehouse is often cool.
